3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). jill8 may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including but not limited to submission of a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be suspended.
3.5 Account Transfer. Your jill8 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
4.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on jill8 is ₱20 (Philippine Peso). jill8 reserves the right to change minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. jill8 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jill8's discretion.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jill8 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process. jill8 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours. jill8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name. jill8 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. jill8 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation.

5.2 Standard Wagering Requirement. Unless otherwise specified, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement of twenty-five times (25x) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 8.3 The jill8 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jill8. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of jill8.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jill8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 jill8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jill8 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 jill8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jill8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.1 jill8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
10.2 Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, jill8 may forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including real-money funds and bonus credits, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10.3 You may close your jill8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and wagering requirements.
10.4 jill8 reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
